Method of Payment
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept
money orders and certified checks. We accept personal checks from U.S. customers with prior approval.   Shipping of
orders paid for by personal check may be held back until your check clears. For faster delivery, please consider either
a certified check, cashier’s check or money order. All funds are in U.S. dollars.

Please note: Credit card purchases made on this web site will appear on your monthly statement as from Portable
Patio, LLC, our parent company.

Shipping Information
Shipping rates are based on total weight of items you purchase and the location of the shipping address. The
shipping charge may include a handling fee.   When you place an order, shipping charges are shown on the check out
web page.

All orders within the continental United States are shipped from our facility in Michigan by UPS (United Parcel Service)
unless otherwise requested by you at the time you place your order. You may request US Postal Service parcel post or
priority mail. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of most in-stock items. Items ordered together may not
necessarily be shipped together. We will notify you promptly of any back-ordered items. Some items may be shipped
to you directly from the manufacturer. Some of our larger items may be shipped in more than one box.

Additional shipping and handling charges may be required for oversize items and may be noted in the product
description. For example, the elongated Tetra hand rails ships in a UPS "oversize" (dimensional weight) category plus
there is a "large package surcharge" applied by UPS. Refer to www.UPS.com for more information on how UPS
shipping rates are determined.

Please note that these additional charges are not shown on your online order form. Our Customer Service Department
will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm these additional charges.

Returned Goods
Any item you purchase may be returned for a full refund or exchange within twenty one (21) days of the purchase date.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.   All returned items must be unused. If the merchandise arrived as ordered but
is not to your liking, we ask that you pay for the return shipping. In order to return an item, follow the instructions
included with your shipment. You may also contact us for assistance in returning items.

NOTE: Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be subject to a restocking charge. Items
subject to a restocking charge are noted in the product description (the page from which you add the item to your
shopping cart). For example, all hand rails are subject to a 20% restocking fee on returns.

Damaged Merchandise
Items that are damaged upon receipt can be returned within twenty one (21) days of purchase with original receipt.
Please inspect your shipment carefully when your order arrives and notify the carrier immediately if any external
damage to the shipment is seen. This step must be done in order to comply with our returned goods policy. Please
contact us for assistance with damaged items.

We Recycle
We care about our environment and recycle cardboard boxes, shipping containers and packing material. So your order
may be delivered in a box with markings other than our own.

Michigan Sales Tax
We are required to collect the Michigan 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to Michigan.
