Medallion With Cover Anchor

In the photo on the left, we can see a medallion inserted
into a pool cover anchor. Normally, the anchor would be
located in the hole drilled into the pool deck. The medallion
would hide the anchor hardware and also the chipped
concrete around the hole. When drilling a hole in concrete,
you almost always get chips around the edge of the hole.
